About Kanuber
Keeping Your Business Moving
Kanuber Ltd is an independent, family-run forklift and plant engineering business based in Croston, Lancashire. Run by brothers with a hands-on approach to engineering, we support businesses nationwide, with a main focus on Lancashire, Liverpool and Manchester with repairs, servicing, sales, hire and workshop support.
We understand the impact an unreliable machine can have on your working day. Whether you operate one forklift or manage a mixed fleet, our focus is straightforward: understand the problem, explain the options clearly and provide a practical solution that suits your equipment and operation.
On-site support, backed by workshop capability
Our work ranges from routine servicing and on-site breakdown diagnostics to hydraulic and electrical repairs, engine and transmission overhauls, mast repairs and equipment refurbishment. We also provide thorough examinations for suitable lifting equipment and planned maintenance arrangements to help customers organise their ongoing equipment care.
At our Croston engineering workshop, lathe and milling facilities sit alongside MIG and TIG welding equipment, allowing us to undertake component repairs, machining and bespoke fabrication. This gives customers access to broader engineering support when a job needs more than an on-site repair.
Equipment and support for the longer term
Alongside our engineering services, we supply forklifts and plant equipment for sale and hire, together with parts and consumables. We help customers consider the equipment, repair or maintenance options available to them, taking account of their application and operating requirements.
We are building Kanuber around dependable workmanship, straightforward communication and lasting customer relationships. As the business grows, we continue investing in our workshop, equipment and capabilities so we can provide more of the support our customers need.
